Terms & Conditions
1) We order products from our suppliers when customers place orders with us.
2) We will not be able to provide stock availability until upon ordering with our suppliers.
3) Purchases will take 2-4 weeks to arrive after order has been made with the suppliers. Please be patient as we are getting our stocks from overseas.
4) No cancellation of orders once confirmed.
5) Goods sold are non-refundable/exchangeable.
6) In the case of unavailable stock, full refunds will be made.
7) Goods will be checked for defects before mailing/meet-ups. We're not responsible for any defects in sprees as we're merely providing a service.
8) Prices are non-inclusive of normal mail with bubble wrapping unless otherwise stated. However, we will not be responsible for lost mails. Registered mail can be requested for an additional $2.50. Please add $2.50 to the total price if you wish for registered mail.
9) Exclusive will only place an order with our suppliers upon receiving payment from buyers.
10) We reserve the rights to reject or cancel any orders.
We do meet-ups at our own conveniences. Please e-mail us or leave us your mobile number in advance to arrange.
